Sky Vuelos acts as an intermediary between customers and airlines/travel agencies. We do not directly operate flights or issue tickets. All refunds are subject to the policies of the airline or travel provider with whom the booking was made.

2. Airline & Travel Partner Policies

Each airline or travel agency has its own cancellation and refund rules. Customers are responsible for reviewing and accepting these terms before completing a booking. Sky Vuelos cannot override or change partner refund policies.
